Congratulations on completing your FIRST plant powerful week.

Time for a quick review of what you’ve achieved in your first week. Starting day #1, you gave up anything that paws a hoof or flaps a wing. Nothing with a face, and nothing with a mother, living on land or in water. Without animal protein, cholesterol, and fat in the diet your arteries will sing, your liver and kidneys will gain strength, and your energy will blossom. You’ve also charged forward without dairy products. Without dairy products your allergies will subside and you’ll be absorbing calcium instead of losing calcium.

What to think about this week:

Many of you have started losing weight; 3,4,5, and even 8 pounds in the first two weeks. Share exciting news on the E2 Community forum so everyone can get fired up. You might find a new recipe or modification to an E2 Approved recipe also! Remember to eat as many colors from the rainbow as you can on a daily basis; greens, reds, oranges, yellows, blues. All these colors contain some of the 12,000 different phytochemicals that exist strictly in plant-brilliant foods that will help take your health to the next stratosphere.
